Driver with bad attitude: Lawrence

I hope you are well. I would like to lay a formal complaint against one of your drivers after an incident with my parcel in which I communicated with him beforehand at 11:35 that I would not be available at 12:00 as I have work commitments. He reassured me on the phone that he is close by and would be making the delivery before that time.

However, I waited for him and at 11:58, he had still not arrived, so I left. He came at 12:00 (according to the missed calls) and left 4 missed calls. After my work arrangement, I called back at 12:51 to follow up. Here I was met with UTTER DISRESPECT and INCONSIDERATION . I was told by LAWRENCE: "As a driver, I make time to answer your calls but as a customer you don't answer my calls" which proceeded to be a VOLATILE interaction. I AM UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED and Unsettled at the amount of sheer disrespect received from this driver when I attempted to communicate with him. WumDrop has provided stellar service up until today. Don't let your reputation go to the gutter because of an UNHINGED driver.
