Terrible service, from the driver to the Call Center. I ordered from Makro, got an sms with the driver's number. I was due to be away for the day. I arranged with my neighbor to receive the parcel I called the driver times in 5 hours to arrange with him, man only picked up on the 7th attempt. Later when he called I was getting hold of my neighbor who found he'd left. Got hold of the call center, not helpful as they also couldn't get of him because it's not in his nature to answer calls it seems. Today 2 days later he arrives with my order missing items, I called the Call Center, they still can't get hold of him, as I believe my order could be 2 boxes. They simply tell me to call the store. I'm never buying from Makro online ever again with such terrible service.
