DISRESPECTFUL DRIVER AND FAULTY GPS SYSTEM

Extremely rude, disrepectful and incompetant driver. My delivery from Makro was scheduled through this company on 05 December 2023, my order had been split into 3 deliveries and i had received the first part of my order earlier in the day without any issue. Fast forward a few hours, the driver for the second delivery calls me to tell me he is on his way, I confirm my address ensuring he understood where I am based. It took him another 30 minutes before he called me to ask once again where I am - which according to his incompetant GPS was on the other side of my residential area. I then had to send him a location pin, when he got to my street, he then stopped at the corner house! My home has the number very clearly marked in big numbers on the outer wall. I showed him and he got upset with me, blaming his GPS. I then told him his GPS system is sh*t, to which he took further offense. I explained to him that every time delivery people deliver stuff, we as recipients have to come and wait for them, leaving our work - this was also not acceptable to him. He left by telling me I am ****! DO NOT USE THIS COURIER SERVICE. THEIR DRIVERS ARE EQUIPPED WITH FALUTY GPS SYSTEMS AND THEIR DRIVERS ARE LACKING IN BASIC RESPECT!
