Dishonest courier driver

I purchased something at makro online.my delivery was not done for 2 weeks then I contacted hellopeter.the consultant was so helpful and made sure my delivery was scheduled for today..guess what..I was given the driver's number but he ignored my calls..in the interim I recieved a mail and an sms to say my delivery failed due to me not being reachable..how can I be unreachable when he ignores my calls and he sent his report to his company before I called him.I got his numbers from hellopeter consultant at 15:41 but an email to say I am unreachable came in at 15:16.I wanna find out how these things work because in the later stage the driver answered at17:16 after an hour and some minutes of me trying to get hold of him with no luck he answered and I asked him why do I get a message that I wasn't reachable when no one came to my workplace to deliver?he asked what time we close at my workplace,I told him at 18:00 then he said he was on his way.. guess what at 18:15 he called to ask what time we closing,I told him that I confirmed with him earlier then he became rude as to say I am not the only client he delivers to but then whyy was the message sent way before he took my call?what game is he playing?
