Disgusting, dismal service

I'm still waiting for my delivery of goods from Makro since November.

Phoned Makro Call centre today. Spoke to Asanda who confirmed that the goods is still at Wumdrop.

Why is Makro not doing anything about Wumdrop's poor service. I'm sure that they must have received many complaints
