DELIVERY SERIVICE DISSATISFACTION

Ever since I buy online from Makro this is the first time I go through such disappointment. I have received a very horrific experience with Wumdrop and Makro Strubens Valley store.

I have been calling non stop just to get my order delivered, First the driver said he couldn't deliver cause he couldn't reach me but my phone never received any call (Mind you I have a smart watch linked to my phone which makes me very unlikely to miss a call). Secondly the second driver called me and said my order will not be delivered because my order could not be found.

I have ordered things for my son to go to school I had to reschedule everything because of this mess up.
