Dab Service Faithful to Nature and Wumdrop

On December 23, 2022, I placed my order with Faithful To Nature (Order ***) before 10:00 am. I paid a surcharge for delivery the same day, but have not yet received the goods. No communication from Faithful to Nature or the delivery company, namely Wumdrop. Please, if you cannot offer a service, do not advertise and take money from your clients. The delivery company phoned me today, 24 December 2022, stating that they cannot deliver my parcel is locked away
