********* Conduct, *****, and Data Breach by Wumdrop and Massmart

I am deeply disappointed with the ********* behavior I have experienced with Wumdrop, particularly involving Robin Klein, Charlene Naicker, and Mass-Mart. I am subcontracted with Wumdrop under Massmart, and they ****med me out of my hard-earned money by accepting a *****ulently created invoice and **** banking details (banking details belonging to someone else whom they claim is my driver, but I have never seen or employed this person in my company). Despite my efforts to bring this matter to their attention, Wumdrop has covered up the issue instead of holding the responsible parties accountable. To make matters worse, they terminated my account and contract without proper justification and failed to conduct a thorough investigation. They are extremely unprofessional and, at no point, did they or their so-called investigators contact me directly by phone to discuss the matter or seek clarification.

In addition to this, their system has leaked my personal information, violating the POPI Act. As a result, someone now has access to my address and the name of my company, leaving me feeling unsafe and unwilling to entrust this company with my information. This ordeal has also been distressing and has negatively impacted my health, forcing me to seek medical attention due to the severe stress they have caused.

I trusted Wumdrop as a professional service provider, but their *****ulent actions, lack of accountability, and mishandling of personal information have left me feeling betrayed. I urge Wumdrop and Massmart to take immediate action by addressing the *****, reimbursing my money, reinstating my account, and ensuring justice is served. Furthermore, I urge the Department of Labour to audit this company, as they do not issue payslips or deduct UIF or PAYE from their contractors, raising serious concerns about *****ulent activities.

I also urge the public to remain vigilant when dealing with this company. To anyone considering working with Wumdrop, be cautious and verify all dealings thoroughly. I will not hesitate to escalate this matter further if necessary. My cell is ***
