Bad service

I have never experienced such a bad service. The drivers are rude and ****s. The customer care agents don’t care. The drivers are acting like they are doing me a favour and will tell me that they can’t deliver my package because the have to go to Pretoria and it is to far away from where I live. Let’s not for get the zero communication and for incase you are wondering I still haven’t gotten my package.
