Bad customer service

I don’t know why Game and makro are still using this service provider because there’s no service provided at all been waiting for my order for the past 3 hours and on the website it states it will take 30 minutes to arrive no communication you can’t even get help through their customer service line it’s the worst company to ever be in the courier business
