Bad and unprofessional Delivery Service

Shocking delivery service, got a gift for a client from Makro to be delivered to his house after instructing the info and messaging and then calling the driver but gift got never delivered even after being at the persons house. No communication from the company. Will not recommend these guys.. get the delivery sorted pls.
