I would like to warn people about this wukina hair. I thought its a good business opportunity to sell Brazilian hair under then as a reseller. I got a customer who wanted a wig from them she paid me and i ordered the hair, i was given a order number and an invoice but the hair was never delivered to my customer eventually she wanted refund i had to refund my customer from my own money i was promised refund but not got anything i sent emails and calls no reply they intentionally ignore my calls because when i call using another number they reply and tell me they will get back to me. They are ********** and have no customer service. I am very disappointed and hope i get to help other women thinking of doing business with them
It was explained to you that a refund would be possible but we would have to recall the product and once we have it, a refund would be procced and refunds take 1 to 7 working days (which you agreed to) and your refund was made within that time frame.
