really bad experience with WUHU

I have been trying to get a hold of someone to assist for 2 days now. they dont even have a contact number on their contact us page. I have R50 (500 points) and I am trying to buy the R50 cell c airtime which is R50 (500 points). their system is only saying "you donot have enough points, come back after more scans", that just seems to me like this reward program is ****. I emailed multiple times now and looks like no one wants to assist. I am not sure if this is just another marketing scheme to get customers to buy specific products, can someone please assist as this is so fraustrating.
