No help from wuhu or unilever

I honestly dont know what is happening with this app zero customer service ....my mom won a takelot voucher with the spin competition...no voucher was on the app....also rewards take forever to be approved...my husband is still waiting on them to correct his woolworths voucher thats missing digits after endless emails and fone calls even from unilever nothing gets done ...empty promises they might as well close there app ...check out the reviews on their facebook page
