Willow Tree Projects dismal service, quality and workmanship
WTP Construction installed a kitchen for me at the end of April. After only 6 weeks, the following issues can be observed: Every single door panel, drawer fronts and parts of the carcass already shows signs of swelling. None of the panels or drawers are sealed at the bottom and is swelling. All panels has chips that can be observed everywhere and is swelling. The swelling becomes more evident almost daily. I was quoted and charged for aluminum kick plates that was substituted for plastic plates with a metal plastic overlay. After logging a complaint with the owner of the company more than a month ago, 2 on site visits were executed and she admitted that the work needed to be replaced. Since then I have received no communication on timelines to resolve the issue.

At this stage we are still investigating the complainant’s concerns, and have been doing so since we first received correspondence in this regard. We have every intention to deal with her concerns and we are pro-actively tending to it. The reason/cause for the alleged swelling of kitchen panels need to be addressed before any other action can be taken. We await specialist reports.
