****, worst logistics company do not use it

I ask for quotation from them. I paid a deposit based on thier quotation i received an email saying i was quoted incorrectly therefore i need to top up. I then decided to cancel and ask a refund because i couldn't trust then anymore. Its been 2weeks asking for refund. The manager doesn't take calls or respond to emails.. Please do not use them i think this is a ****. They quote you less so that you pay a deposit
