WTD Couriers - Does not deliver

We used WTD Couriers for almost a year. We requested them to deliver a package in Somerset West, they collected the package and told is it was delivered at our clients office. We paid them with the assurance that the packages was delivered only to find out that three days later when we arrived on site that the package was never delivered. With lots of explanations from them and poor excuses we got the package back from them and deliver it ourselves, that also meant that we have to drove back to Grabouw where the site is.
