WSMEB IS A ****!!!!!

I was dismissed I Aug 2024 and I signed the form for my Provident Fund withdrawal. Till this day I haven't received my money. I have tried calling several times & was told the funds have been processed and I will receive them end of January 2025. Came end of January money was not in & no communication from the Fund. I have been calling them every other week & have to wait for more that 30minutes before they take the call. When they finally take the call they let me wait as if they are verifying some information until I run out of airtime & never get back to me. What kind of a Financial Services **** undermines their clients this much.Pay my hard earned money @WSM EMPLOYEE BENEFITS
