WSM provident fund empty promises

I am Dumani kissinger Mabale from pretoria.

I have made multiple attempts to withdraw my benefits from WSM fund. To date nothing has happened and they keep on making empty promises. I am taking the legal and media route now. We will clam provident fund with interests....I left a security fly by night company in February thus year (2022) submitted documents and everything I call I'm told of "next week we'll pay. Our servers are down due to load shedding" how can you be able to make a call and not be able to get internet? I have all the proof needed Anyone who is experiencing the same problem please join me, we will also make it a media matter. I have kept quiet it's enough.
