WSM EMPLOYEE BENEFITS MESSING WITH PEOPLES'S LIVES

WSM employee benefits for security employees national provident fund is just a joke and taking it's members for fools, they always delay payments and constantly lie every time you make inquiry/call about your claim. I have been sent from pillar to post and waiting for my claim over 3 months and now facing December 2021 without money because of these clowns at WSM refusing and/or delaying to pay out my claim. I am not asking for a loan here but demand my money i worked for. This agent called WSM is not fit and proper to handle large funds like private security employees!! I need the money to buy school uniform and stationery for my children. Is high time to have a say as the employees as to who is entrusted with our money and lives, wsm is a mess. Member no. ***5
