The service of this company is very poor

I've received very bad experience with the company. Early January this year I put in claim of provident fund to the company. And the word I was given was I must expect the funds in the end of March which never happen. I contacted the company again early April and the consultant told me that definitely I will receive the funds end of April which never happen. First week of May I called the company again and the consultant told me that I'll receive the funds month end of May.
