Provident fund payment

Our contract ended at bidvest protea coin since 30th august 2022, I've logged in a claim for provident fund they haven't payed back or contacted me about my claim..... tried to a follow up ,they say the will transfer it middle of December,they always saying month ends month ends look now is 01 March 2023,no money reflected to my account, please help me to get my provident fund
