Poor ethics of services

One of my previous employer used this company as their Benefit for retirement funds. I started the process to receive my lump sum from them.

I have followed the process with all documents. At first i spoke with a consultant, she did not respond back to any of my emails whatsoever.

After a long struggle i received confirmation my process is approved and would receive my payment of end April 2024.

Month end came and did not receive my lump sum.

I do not think the ethics of this company are to be trusted, as they do not follow proper agreements.
