Bad services ever

I’ve been waiting for my funds since February up until now ,whenever I call they are telling me different stories.Firstly they said my company requested for a transfer to another company of which that is not true I have a proof my company requested for withdrawal right after I was dismissed,I call them each and every week and they are giving me different details and their miscommunication is frustrating,up until today I’m the one that always has to call them with their bad customers service.I submitted new documentation via email and they said they don’t know what it the turn around time or waiting time for all of this.
