Bad customer service ever😡😡😡

This company is a big turn down. I've called from the 25th of August I regards to the two pot system and how to withdraw our 10% but no one has given me answer. It's either they make you wait on the phone line for 20 minutes and when it's your turn hangup on you or they transfer you to a talk machine that says leave a message. I think I've waisted R150 on airtime trying to get just one person to explain the process and on the other hand their link it's blank. Just hate working with unprofessional people.
