sales lady broke my watch

I took my watch to get a new battery , however the lady who was helping by the name of dinana me broke my watch screen it was there from 2811/2022 she said ETA is 20/12/2022 was waiting i went to check with them on 01.02.2023 the lady i got there told me she will follow up and get back to me she still did not , on 11.02.2023 i went again she told me she will call me on Monday n she did not on Friday 17.02.2023 she called she tells me the watch is back .. however is not fixed because they don't have the parts for the watch anymore , i should trade in and get another watch for 50% , firstly i did not brake my watch i never planed to buy a new watch because of the WSI (watch station international ) im so unhappy and irritated at the moment , where do i get the money to buy a new watch
