WSB WITHDRAWAL

Yesterday I won on wsb with my own voucher.. I withdraw the money around 10am I haven't received it in my account. When I try to email or WhatsApp them they don't respond.. my status has been in being in processed for more than 12 hours and I have more than 24 hours since I withdraw the money..
