Pathetic Service from WSB

I have been a loyal supporter of WSB for many years now. They recently changed their betting system to a new one which has been nothing short of disastrous. I love playing quartets, but the new system is flawed and does not accept your bet. They have admitted there is a problem and IT is looking into it. This problem has been there for a month now and IT is still looking into the problem. No one responds to Whatsapp messages, and the phone just rings no matter what option you dial. All my friends are experiencing the same problem and have cancelled their accounts and joining more professional service providers. I also withdrew my funds and have joined another provider. They did not publish a tutorial on how to use the new system and just dumped it on us to navigate. The old system worked perfectly well. There is an adage that says " if it is not broken don't fix it" I have been in contact with various agents at WSB and each one gives you a different solution to try while IT is "looking into it" They called themselves a world class company but based on my experience with them lately it should be more like 3rd world company. I do not recommend anyone to subscribe to them.
