Unfair labour practice

I worked for them on month to month basis, On the 6th of March they layed me off without a month notice and only payed for the days work. The also short payed me on 3 payments. Whom ever wants to apply for work there think twice, Ask for contract. The 1st question in interview was if I was register to any law organisation or labour organisation. Please be aware of this company!!!
