WRT Solutions, more like WRT Problems

If I could I would give this bussiness a negative star rating.

The mentioned bussiness installs aluminium and glass solutions, in my case a Glass skylight. The installation went okay.

The supervising installer sat in his car across the street the whole day “supervising” his phone, while two employees installed the skylight using NO SAFETY equipment.

Not more than a month the skylight started to crack, which should be impossible for safety glass, after notifying the owner he had lots of excuses why he couldnt come inspect the glass, so he sent his father which said “something fell on the glass thats why it cracked”. This is not possible first of all and secondly stress analysis shows there was no impact mark on the glass and the crack looks to originate from the installed frame.

It has been 3 months since the initiall report of the cracked glass, the owner refuses to take my calls, one if his employees is the one in contact with me and keeps relaying the message his boss gives him for me.

This behavior is un acceptable for any bussiness.
