Wrseta bad services

The provisional manager is not replying to my emails regarding the stipend that was not issued it's been 7 months the matter is still not resolved when you call they will tell you about the finance issue yet the is no progress or effort made to resolve the stipend issue. Wrseta do not provide the services that they claim the do.
