Excellent follow up and helpful service

I rep**** to an ad on Gumtree for affordable quality garden sets. I was contacted via email requesting me to visit the website. I was busy going through the site when i received a call from Firoser (Sales Consultant) who was very helpful and answered all my questions, i then explained that i would be needing the set (Pacific Rose 4 seat) for my wife's birth day on the 25 August and she should contact me on the 9th of July and thank you for the call today Firoser and i will be doing the deposit first thing in the morning, Mark.
