No after sales service,

Bought a 120A MPPT charge controller from them in 2016 and payed for the extended 10 year warranty. 2018 my display failed and they sent me a new one ( There was a rather long wait for a reply from them), now in 2021 the display failed again and I can not get in contact with them. Not answering phone or replying to email. I like to support local when possible, but then things like this happen and I regret it.
