Wripwraps Skins, terrible product and customer service

I purchased 3 sets of blackpods, and one sets batteries stopped working within a couple of weeks. the other two sets are perfect this day. I emailed them, i messaged them i have been trying to get any kind of response out of them for months now. No response, no contact, no feedback, nothing. What kind of a company is this. Its a ******* . I am so disappointed. Do not buy from them
