Absolute **** artists, collected our dishwasher mid December '24. 1st week into Feb'25, hadn't heard from them so called and spoke to Roy. Numerous promises have since been made but not kept. They don't answer calls, keep promising to call back but never do and continue to lie about returning the dishwasher untouched but just don't pitch. I visited their premises only to find a derelict building. They continue to claim they are a legitimate business with 30 years experience but in fact should be in jail, they are seasoned ******...DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM, they'll collect your appliance on the pretext that they need to strip it to find the fault, request an upfront deposit and disappear with your money and appliance. Ideal candidates for Devi/Carte Blanche.
