Worst company I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from this appliance repair company. It has been months since I was told my fridge would be repaired and delivered back to me, yet I still haven’t received it.

Every time I called for an update, I was given a completely different story — from “it’s almost ready” to “we’re waiting for parts” to “it will be delivered next week.” None of these promises were ever kept.

Now, to make matters worse, they have completely stopped answering my calls and replying to my messages. It feels like they’ve taken my appliance and simply disappeared.

This level of unprofessionalism and lack of communication is unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before using their services. What should have been a simple repair has turned into a frustrating and stressful experience.
