Working with a Subject matter expert

When i started my new role at the dental practice it was with a huge amount of trepidation that i ordered my first consumables. It all vanished when i realized that i was dealing with a subject matter expert. Not knowing all the products and consumables i would explain to her what it does or what i need and she would give recommendations and solutions on what i may need to fulfill that need. <br> <br> What blew me away was that i phoned her Wednesday morning and said that I need bleaching trays for a patient the next day. She arranged that it was flown in from Cape Town and it was delivered in less than 28h! We saw our Patients yesterday thank to her commitment and resilience. <br> <br> Charmain is a real diamond and with staff like her any company can just grow from strength to strength.
