The real reason why the place is called wrench ******: due it being run by a bunch of ******s

I took my vehicle in for a repair, on arrival I enquired about the price,they gave me a vague figure and said it won't be more than R1000.00. The spare cost R380 from the Original Equipment Manufacterer(OEM), they added R100 to that figure for the collection thereof which they failed to inform me as I would have collected it myself to save this wastefull expediture, then I asked why it was R100 more than the OEM specified price,they mentioned that it was due to collection. I couldn't understand why it was so expensive to collect the spare. I was told when I enquired why the repair is running late that the spare plus others' spares are being collected from wherever. A bike service centre would use a bike to collect spares, to bring down cost and to speed up the process. these ******s used an A series Mercedes Benz to collect spares. When I enquired why my bike isn't ready yet, they argued with me saying, I said I need the bike the following day. The lady answering the phone and sits at the desk is completely useless and knows absolutely nothing about motorbikes. When it came to settling the account, suddenly they weren't vague about the price anymore and it was clearly more than R1000.00. Best advice would be to use a reputable service provider instead of these ******s. They only out to make a quick buck. Tracmac Plumstead was able to do a bigger job in less than 30mins.
