R1. 100 ******* Wrench Auto Work

I'm utterly discusted. Sean charged me R1. 100 to fix a whistling notice for my car 3 days later the whistling came back, and I called to inform him that the whistling is back and two weeks later he still has not bothered getting back to me. I have taken my car to another mechanic who informed me that absolutely nothing at been done to the car all he did was spray oil on it. R1. 100 for an oil spray which lasted three days. I'm discusted at how he would rip me off and not even bother to get back to me.
