Noise Pollution vs Bad thoughts

WRD Ministries in Hekla Road 20 Valhalla claims to be some sorta religious group.

But in reality, they are nothing more than a Cult that Praises the God of Noise Pollution. Every single day for the past decade they have tortured my soul day in and day out with Noise Pollution to the point where I had suicidal thoughts.

And City of Tshwane and they refuse to help. I'll never see justice!!
