They don’t give a damn about their clients

They don’t care about anyone. I paid for the car 1 December 2022, as I was about to drive out of the dealership a light indicated that the car is due for service. I was assured they will service it ASAP. As I was driving the car I further heard noise from the front wheel and also the it was losing power. I again alerted them about, I was told that I can’t expect speed from a BMW 2010 1 series, i emphasised that I’m not talking about speed but power, I need l to change to gear 3 to get the car moving. I kept on calling asking that they please arrange for the car to be fixed as I rely on it for work everyday. I was told why can’t I drive the car from Limpopo and bring it to Mpumalanga to get it fixed, i emphasised that I am a full time employee, I can’t just up and leave work and again the costs of taking the car to Mpumalanga would be on me, not even forgetting that it’s not safe to drive with the problem on the wheel.

Finally I was told to take it to Car Service City in Polokwane on Wednesday, which I did. I receive a call from the service centre that there are no tools on the car to take remove the wheels (So I was given a car with no tools to remove the wheels in case of a puncture). Today it’s the 3rd day with the car just parked at Car Service City because there’s no authorisation from we rent cars to get the tools and further work on the car and service it. I need to figure my way to get to work with exhibition materials. Not even an offer for a temporary loan car to get to work as they try and fix that car. I am told to wait, they don’t care. Isn’t that they got the money and I can go to hell, the car can stay there as much as they want. I’ll figure out my way to get to work and move around. What hurts is that I left another company that puts their clients for them, thinking they are what they say they are. I am really hurt because I worked to hard for the money I paid to them to get such service. Only if I knew!
