BURSARY COMPLAINT

Im a tertiary student at Mangosuthu University of Technology, student number ***4 , i was approved for your bursary from last year 2022 and this year 2023 its been 1 year and 9 months still my school fees haven't been paid and no allowances received at all i have been struggling. only 2021 i was approved and school fees and allowances paid. i have been trying to make a follow up with your company they kept on promising to pay, sending me back and forth to the university for some document, the school's last responce they said they have handed your company over to the debt collectors, please please kindly help.
