Good day I bought a Renault triber 2months ago from this dealership 3days later I had clutch issues I contacted Chantel at the dealership and she asked me to bring the vehicle back to access the problem. She in turn checked with the agents and found out that the warranty for the clutch has expired. WP motors then paid the Renault agents out of their pocket to have the problem fixed 2months later being today 02/10/2026 the vehicle just wouldn't start this morning I contacted Chantel again and she asked me to bring in the vehicle again to access whether it's the battery or something else. I seriously wouldn't have held a grudge it the dealership had to tell me that it's normal wear and tear as the vehicle is almost 3years old and I bought it 2nd hand and as is but once again Chantel sorted me out same day with a brand new battery at no cost to me and compensated me with R250 fuel for my inconvenience Words cannot express how grateful I am to this people .
