Bad service, damaged and ****** property

WP locksmiths were called out after a bakkie key had been ****** from my daughters room, all they had to do was to supply a new key and program it to ecu, they were given a spare key to copy the transponder chip, they removed the transponder unit from the bakkie (which was not necessary) and in the process it was damaged. After 4 weeks of back and forth with not being able to solve the problem i requested that they return the transponder unit and spare key, the transponder chip had been ****** from the spare key rendering it useless. The spare key which they supp**** also had no transponder chip so both keys would never have worked. There was no charge for work done but the damage caused is in excess of R15000, the bakkie is still not operational.
