Horrible experience

This company ***ner goes by the name of Primrose Masviviriri) is extremely unreliable and I would not recommend it to anyone as a service provider. They made my move from my previous house a horrible nightmare after I had carefully planned everything and they had to ruin the actual moving by keeping me waiting for 4 hours!! The move was planned for 11am and by 3pm, I threw in the towel as it was clear this mover would not pitch and if they did, my move wouldn't be finalised on the day. The worst part is that although Primrose ***ner) told me at about 10.30am that she was getting delayed, the communication thereafter was very poor and I found it very insulting when I called and her phone was answered by a guy who said Primrose had gone to the toilet, and when I asked how far they were (since Primrose had mentioned to me when I had called her earlier that they were on their way to me from the storage where they had been delivering a previous client's goods), the guy told me they are almost done at the storage. At this point, I realised that not only am I dealing with unreliable people, but they are also DISHONEST!! I then chose not to waste my time any longer and told her not to set foot at my house anymore. This of course meant I had to make new arrangements and it was a mess. Being stuck with 2 toddlers in a house full of boxes, on a very heavy rainy day because of someone who couldn't own up to their promise to deliver a service is the worst! She is heartless in my view. To anyone out there, looking for a swift move, don't waste your time considering this company! I regret choosing W&P furniture removals & storage (Primrose Masviviriri) over credible, reputable moving companies that I had used before to support this lady who I had figured is a SMALL business person and my sole reason for choosing her. In my pursuit to do so, I suffered a lot! She definitely doesn't understand the intricacies around a move and how STRESSFUL moving is!!! Reputable moving companies go an extra mile to ensure the 'move' is the part that can at least ease the burden around moving homes! Something that Primrose should still learn if she wants to remain in this business. Unfortunately Hellopeter doesn't have a ZERO star because that's what W&P furniture Removals & Storage ***ner Primrose) deserves. I have all the communication I had with the owner and still looking for a platform to publish it.
