WP dept specialist and LDM services

These guys deducted R15000 from my account and denied its them, after i sent them proof they promised to refund me. first date they didn't honor it and i called them they told me there is system error. Apparently they work under LDM services (Local Debt Mediators services) which is the company that billed me. Amanda and Denel promises to call you for feed back but never call back. Amanda knows the story and their Senior advisor Graham knows the story. The receptionist takes the calls personal and you would swear you owe them. Every time they answer my call (which hardly happens) I ask for Amanda and they say she is out of office let us help you and i have to start at the beginning. Every time they just say we will speak to finance and get back to you but they never get back. its their daily trick when i ask about my refund.
