WP dept specialist

I had a bad experience with WP dept specialist, i would never recommend that place to any 1. We had an agreement that they are going to clear my name at credit bureau after ive paid fully all my dept on the 9th of June so i did authorize to my bank for them to deduct. On the 10th of June, i watsuped them cancelling the deal telling them that the dept review which i was paying my depts under, promised me to clear my name within 5-10 days so i phoned them with no luck then i sent a watsup. They saw the message on watsup and responded telling me that MSD consultation wont be able to clear my name then they deleted the message. On the 26th of June they deducted R2000 from my account. I tried to call them and found them on watsup, the person who was assisting me on watsup said i must send the message showing that they deducted and i did that. Till today they haven't responded yet.

I only need my money with them as i told them before. I have nit signed any mandate with them, i didn't give them my id copy, they have nothing from me but they said they are busy with my case. I already have the clearance letter as i told them, so i dont know what are they still busy with. I hate that WP dept specialist, i curse the day i spoke with them because they are ******.
