False advertising

I am so disappointed with the service received today. I was interested in a white polo advertised on numerous sites. When I got there (driving all the way from Paarl) I was told that the car is actually silver and they haven’t seen the car yet. When the car got there it had different rims, was re-sprayed, the original radio was taken out and replaced with a loose radio, no tread left on the front tyres, bumper and bonnet didn’t line up (definitely in an accident) break pads sprayed red, the lights weren’t sealed properly and were fogged up inside, the original side mirror covers removed and replaced as well as all the door handles.

I can’t explain how upset I am. I drove all the way from Paarl and financing was already approved and this is what I was offered. I understand that this company has a new branch but that’s no excuse to offer a client a car that has been advertised falsely and state that the car hasn’t actually been viewed yet. Will definitely not be doing any business with this dealership nor referrals for that matter.
