Wozani car rental kempton park

I hired an old tata car and I got it with no petrol and 2 front flat tyres. I paid deposit of R3000 and was charged R370 per day for rental. I returned the car in same condition and pumped tyres. I was sent the invoice and it had ridiculous charges, I was charged for 15% vat in every charge, I was charged for kilometers they were not included in that R370 for rental, the contract fee had 15 % vat as well. My total charges were R1800 and my refund was R2 289.87. After 14 days I had to call them to ask for my deposit and the following day the same guy who was on my case from day 1 cash deposited a smaller amount than the one on the invoice. When I asked why he ignored my messages, I have never been this appalled about a service. These people stole my money, they created every ridiculous charge on my contract and this was not communicated in the beginning. I looked for their website and could only find Facebook reviews, they have a bad reputation of *****ing people’s money. I have been using bidvest car hire for years and I never had any issues with them, I used wozani car rental because I was not in possession of my credit card.
