Wozani Car Rental is the Worst/are ******

<p>I rented a car with Wozani Car Rental in Kempton Park. Below are the details of our plight with them:</p> <p>When we rented the vehicle, they indicated that the refund process would take 7 days upon returning the vehicle.<br />We initially rented a VW Polo. The car was in a very bad state. It broke down before the return date (it kept on switching itself off whole driving) we asked for a replacement car; they tried to charge us more for giving us a Nissan Navara‎ but we refused indicating that it was their fault that they gave us a not so road worthy car, they finally agreed to give us without extra charge.<br />Regarding mileage, the initial agreement was ‎that if the total rental period is 5 or more days, they will give us 200 km free per day; the we extended the rental period to qualify for that and paid via eat for the extra days. We returned the car without consuming the total number of free kms.<br />While we had the Navara, it also had an issue in that the rear right side window couldn't closed all the way up, the motor stopped working. We were inconvenienced in that we had to ensure we drove the car when it wasn't raining or cold. We indicated to them upon return if vehicle.<br />We have called, texted and emailed them several times to ask for a refund. We spoke to Tshepiso (consultant) and Jeffrey/Godfrey (manager)‎. They have been saying it will be paid, they Are waiting for out Dept of Transport traffic report to check for fines etc.<br />We last spoke to Tshepiso two Fridays ago, he promised that our refund will be paid last week Monday. We see still waiting. </p> <p> </p>
